Mr Jo Goossens
Group Managing Director, Corporate & Business Development - StepStone.com
Jo Goossens is the Group Managing Director, Corporate and Business Development, for StepStone. In this capacity he is responsible for a range of new business initiatives. including strategic partnerships, acquisitions and the evaluation of new market opportunities.
Prior to occupying this role, Jo served as Managing Director Online Recruitment, having previously managed StepStone's Northern Region. He was a founder of StepStone Belgium in February 2000.
Prior to joining StepStone, Jo held several positions in the fast moving consumer goods business, with companies such as Unilever, Campbell's Biscuits Europe (Delacre) both in Belgium and UK, and Bestfoods. In his last assignment with Bestfoods, Jo held the position of Retail Division Director Belgium, combined with the position of Benelux Division Director Dextro Energy.
Jo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) and an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management, State University of Ghent.
