Mr Steven Lewis
Steven joined the launch of totaljobs.com in 1999 and today manages “The Network”; a global partnership of market-leading job boards covering 63 countries. As Managing Director, Steven steers Network development whilst ensuring that clients such as GE, Oracle, Vedior, Cisco and IBM can plan online human capital attraction centrally, and deploy successful campaigns locally. Steven was voted onto The Network Operating Board in September 2006.
Steven enjoys a growing profile as a global online recruitment specialist who is seen by his peers as someone who secures world-class corporate accounts, while building an impressive reputation within the wider industry. Recently Steven attended the TMP Global Summit as a panellist, where he led the discussion of online recruitment. Internally, within totaljobs.com, Steven lobbied aggressively for totaljobs to participate in the launch of Network Cross Posting technology (Multiposting Tool). Today this tool allows large-volume multi-country contracts to be brokered in the UK for GE, IBM and Oracle, which could not have been serviced otherwise.
