The ad type determines the positioning of the ad in the job list: Platinum ads come first, followed respectively by Gold and Silver ads.

The Premium ads are most effective when seeking candidates at managerial or expert positions, as well as candidates from competitive fields. The Premium ads also communicate indirectly the importance of the position and the candidate to the company, and influence the candidate’s attitude toward the company.

In 2006 JOBS.BG introduced the ability for companies to upload corporate branding and job videos. The corporate branding videos consist of short interviews with managers, HR managers and company employees. They allow job seekers to learn more about the company and their future co-workers.
