MojPosao is Croatia’s leading recruitment website and the main or only recruitment channel for more than 20,000 small, medium and large companies in Croatia. With over 100,000 daily hits, MojPosao is ranked among 10 most visited websites in Croatia (according to MEDIAPuls – the most relevant Croatian market research agency).
Since the year 2000, when it was launched, MojPosao has completely changed employment practices in Croatia. It has created new opportunities for job seekers and simplified job postings for employers.
MojPosao has over 20,000 registered employers and more than 250,000 registered job seekers. MojPosao is updated with new job positions on a daily basis and has approximately 3,000 available job postings at any given time. The resume database contains almost 100,000 active resumes and is by far the largest CV database in Croatia.
Job Posting Offer
In order to reach the best job candidates, employers can advertise job positions in the period of one or more weeks or they can activate résumé database access in predetermined periods. Job seekers can search for jobs by keyword, job location, company and/or industry. They can also apply for jobs directly through MojPosao, or if they are not actively looking for a job, they can upload their resume and wait for the employers to contact them.
Other Activities
MojPosao, together with the leading Croatian recruitment and HRM advisory agency Selectio, and 'massive search' and temporary employment agencies Electus and Electus DGS, forms a group which acts as the dominant provider of HRM related services in Croatia.
MojPosao, apart from its core activities, supports projects such as the Quality certification of HR management in companies in Croatia (www.PoslodavacPartner.org), issues an annual guide “Careers” intended to help young people and students to find a (better) job, organizes an annual HRM conference, etc.
Besides job posting, MojPosao offers an additional range of services. It organizes the most popular Croatian Career Day (twice a year), provides educational workshops for students, offers legal advice to employees, presents company profiles, publishes a career-guide yearbook, issues daily and monthly newsletters for employers and employees, etc. MojPosao also conducts various research studies, such as Top employer annual research, Quarterly market labour index, First Choice employer research and many others.

Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) acquired the remaining 35% interest in the company Tau on-line ltd., which manages the leading Croatian jobsite MojPosao and is now 100% owner of MojPosao and related projects MojPrviPosao.net, Educentar.net and Croatian Career Day. The acquisition was carried out via LAPCOM kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of Northcliffe Media Limited, the regional publishing division of DMGT.

Northcliffe Media Limited, the regional publishing division of Daily Mail and General Trust Group (DMGT), has acquired strategic interests in the company Tau on-line ltd., which manages the leading Croatian jobsite MojPosao. The acquisition was carried out via LAPCOM kft., the Hungarian subsidiary of Northcliffe Media Limited.
