In Italy since 1999, we are constantly increasing our presence in the market through partnerships and co-brandings.
We currently publish more that 20.000 listings each year, with 5.000.000 visits to our site. The recruiting campaigns we manage help companies reach the right talents and at the same time increase our client’s brand awareness also as an employer.
To reach these results we rely on a mix of a variety of media channels and on our know-how in reaching qualified and interested candidates.
Marketing Activities
We attract candidates to our site through a mix of online, offline and communications activities.
We are present on the online community through banner advertisement on the major Italian portals and through specific keyword advertisement on the most used search engines, Yahoo and Google.
Our offline marketing activities include participating to the most important student events and press releases that have been published on many of the most prestigious newspapers / magazines in Italy.
We have also recently revised our newsletter, making it more attractive graphically and more interesting thanks to relevant articles written by our editorial staff.
Partnerships
We have two important partnerships:
- http://stepstone.lastampa.it: La Stampa is one of the most important Italian National offline newspapers. Our job board is very popular on their online site
.- www.cambiatuttogiovani.it : Cambiatutto Giovani is a portal targeted towards young people of Unicredit, first bank in Italy and second in Europe
We have also been building channels for candidates of specific categories. Since we have a strong database of IT candidates we have decided to start with a Channel dedicated to the IT and Telecommunications sector. More are to come!- www.lavoro-it.stepstone.it
