A better way to manage this, would be to hire candidates who have multiple skills in the workplace. That way, when your goals and the required skills begin to change, you won’t have to keep looking for new talent. Your current talent could pick up everything quiet easily.

First of all, it’s important to keep your workforce motivated. After all, you want them to utilize their skills to the best of their ability. Also, you need to have a plan for your workforce. Don’t just hire them because they’re skilled, but how will these skills not only benefit them, but work toward your business goal in the long run?
